Uni-Com Fincorp Private Limited ("the Company") is committed to protecting customer data collected through the Adarsh Capital platform using industry-standard technical and organisational safeguards, consistent with RBI's Digital Lending Guidelines and applicable data protection law.

1. Data Minimisation

We collect only the data necessary for loan processing and servicing. App/website permissions are limited to what is strictly required — we do not seek access to contacts, photo gallery, call logs, or SMS.

2. Technical Safeguards

  • Encryption of sensitive data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
  • Role-based access controls limiting internal data access to authorised personnel only
  • Firewalls, intrusion detection and regular vulnerability assessments
  • Secure, access-logged data centres for storage of customer information

3. Organisational Safeguards

  • Employees and vendors handling customer data are bound by confidentiality agreements
  • Access to customer data is granted on a need-to-know basis and periodically reviewed
  • Regular staff training on data protection and information security

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

Any third party (credit bureaus, verification partners, technology vendors) that processes customer data on our behalf is contractually bound to maintain equivalent security and confidentiality standards.

5. Data Localisation

Customer financial data is stored on servers located in India, in line with RBI's data localisation requirements for payment and financial data.

6. Breach Notification

In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected customers and relevant regulatory authorities within the timelines prescribed by applicable law.

7. Your Role in Data Security

  • Never share your OTP, password or login credentials with anyone, including persons claiming to represent Adarsh Capital
  • Access your account only through the official Website or authorised app
  • Report any suspicious activity immediately to support@adarshcapital.co
