These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website ("Website") and any loan application submitted through it. The Website is owned and operated by Uni-Com Fincorp Private Limited ("Company"), an NBFC registered with the Reserve Bank of India, under its brand "Adarsh Capital". By using this Website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Service

Adarsh Capital is a digital lending brand of the Company. All loans are sanctioned and disbursed solely by the Company, at its sole discretion, subject to its internal credit policy, RBI guidelines and successful verification of your application.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident Indian national
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information in your application
• You must possess valid KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar, and other documents as required)

3. Application Process

Submission of an application does not guarantee loan approval. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning a reason, and to request additional documents or information at any stage.

4. Interest, Fees and Charges

Applicable interest rate, processing fee, and other charges will be disclosed to you in the Key Fact Statement and loan agreement prior to loan acceptance. Full details are available in our Interest Rate & Fees Policy.

5. Repayment Obligations

You are responsible for repaying the loan (principal, interest and applicable charges) as per the agreed repayment schedule. Delayed or missed payments may attract late payment charges and impact your credit score.

6. Collection Practices

Recovery of dues, if required, will be conducted fairly and in accordance with our Fair Practice Code. We do not permit harassment, threats or contact with your personal network as a recovery tactic.

7. User Obligations

• Provide accurate and updated information at all times
• Keep your login credentials and OTPs confidential
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account
• Use the Website only for lawful purposes

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including the "Adarsh Capital" name, logo, design and text, is the property of the Company and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Website, save for matters mandated under applicable law.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
